Portuguese ISO 9001 certified organisations show higher levels of improvement

A study of 52 Portuguese ISO 9001 certified organisations (Fonseca, 2015) found that there is a positive relationship between the number of years that has an organisation has been certified to ISO 9001 and the highest level of recognition received by the same organisation with the EFQ Business Excellence Model.
