ISO 9001 certification has significant effect on Brazilian cardboard companies

The organisational impact due to ISO 9001 certification was researched with a sample of 95 Brazilian cardboard companies (Prates, Alckmin and Viera, 2014) and concluded that ‘ISO 9001 certification has a positive and significant effect on production, purchasing, human resources and marketing performance’.
