Botswana brick manufacturer Lobatse Clay Works produces in excess of 30 million units per year. It employs 175 people including six temporary workers and interns. It has revenues in excess of 64 million Botswana Pula (BWP), equivalent to about USD 9.73m.

The company estimated standards as having a positive impact of 4.96% on earnings before interest and tax, and contributing 2.63% of total sales / turnover.
