Certified companies’ see improving rates of return after certification from non-certified companies

A study of businesses in Denmark, 734 of whom were certified to ISO 9001 and 644 of whom weren’t showed that in the year of certification, those certified they had a 20% higher rate of return. Two years later this differential had risen to 35%.
