Censis Report: ISO 9001 certified companies perform better

The “Quality, Growth, Innovation” report conducted by Accredia, the Italian Accreditation body,  in collaboration with Censis – Social Investment Research Center – has shown that certified companies are generally characterised by:

  • better profitability;
  • better day-to-day management;
  • better labour productivity.

The certification of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001 standards has a high strategic value that makes the industrial system resilient and contributes to the improvement of productivity.
