Australian and New Zealand companies improve operational performance with ISO 9001 certification

The results of a survey in Australia and New Zealand manufacturing and service companies showed a positive and significant relationship between certification practices (implementation, organisational commitment, and planning) and operational performance (Feng, Terziovski and Samson, 2008).
