12 year study in Brazil shows direct link between QMS Certification and increased sales revenue

Research conducted in Brazil on 44 ISO 9000 certified companies over a 12 year period demonstrated that QMS certification has a direct link to increased sales revenue, reduced cost of goods sold and increased asset turnover ratio. The nature of the companies surveyed also enables the report to conclude that a variety of organisations can benefit from certification regardless of size, sector or capital structure.
